A shift in my manner of working but these were well received so expect more in the near future.

Backyard painting with Jose Ray

Until I get a studio by some magical grace, this is where you'll find me.

This is a mail-cube art project I'm doing with my friend Kevin in Chicago. Basically, I'm going to chop this up into 1x1' squares and send it to him. Here's the painting process. Enjoy!

 The markers come out.

Finished, except for taking the jigsaw to that white area on the left.

This wasn't set up, this beautiful S-curve just happened on its own.

Freight Paint Session with Hebermehl, DRZ, and Jabber

Hebermehl deep in thought, or something that looks like it.
Sorry for the unintentional ad spot
Yeah, that picture's probably a hell of a lot better than mine
 Jabber's contribution to my piece
 DRZ's contribution to my work

Pecha Kucha night in Savannah with yours truly

I'll be presenting at this round of Pecha Kucha in Savannah, GA, so come out and see what I'm all about. There will of course be 19 other artists, so you're sure to see something you like.

The Savannah Shutdown

Recently, the powers-that-be have really overstepped their boundaries. Three really great murals (all commissioned) have been white-washed within the last week. Now I do not know which governing entity is responsible, but it is nothing short of oppressive. I guess they prefer the look of dilapidation over intelligent content form artists who care about this city and the people in it.

Here are images of the three lost, the first was only up a matter of days…and remember, these were all commissioned!

okay, I can't find a pic of the third one right now, but it was right next to the above mural on Bull & 41st

My newly customized ride courtesy of Rachel Raab and Josh Branstetter.

Supposedly, these likenesses are popping up around town. I'll post again when I find them. Thanks lady and gent.
